FAQ: What exactly is a “General Participant” and how does that compare to an “Auditor”?
Our Workshops are a little different than traditional “clinics,” in that we provide a hands-on learning experience even for those who can’t bring a horse. As a “General Participant,” you’ll have the opportunity to be coached in a variety of skill building exercises: mechanical technique, timing, cues, behavior shaping, “training” a human, etc.; and you’ll also join in on all Q & A sessions. This is different than the Auditors, who are able to observe all activities but do not directly participate. While we can accommodate many auditors, there are a limited number of positions available for “General Participants” as well as “Horse Handlers / Riders.”
