Coaching & Instruction

We teach horse owners to use the principles of learning science in their everyday training and problem solving.  If you are new to behavioral science, we’ll help you understand and apply the basics.  If you’ve already got the head-knowledge, we’ll help you fine-tune and up-level your skills:  techniques, timing, shaping plans, etc.   We put a major emphasis on Positive Reinforcement Training (including but not limited to “clicker” training), both on the ground and under saddle.  For those interested in combining Positive Reinforcement with soft “pressure and release,” we can guide you in a structured process that prioritizes consideration for your horse’s emotional state.   Sessions are available at our Ocala, FL facility or yours (individual or small groups), or via remote lessons.    Contact us for more information.  (If you’re interested in more concentrated learning, check out our week-long “EquiLightenment Experience.”)
